I. Grill Thrills

I’m a bit shocked by the current state of the modern grill universe. Like seemingly everything, there are so many insane options out there. The world used to only be a simple Weber kettle, some charcoal briquettes and a few beers. Now there are an endless world of smokers, griddles and every other conceivable type of outdoor kitchen. Not to mention an army of people on YouTube pushing one grill or another. I appreciate the fact that things have evolved and there are some insane quality options out there, but why does everything have to be so complicated?
