The Print Edition is Here
Out Today. Central Division in Physical Form
David and I have been working on a Central Division newspaper for months and today it’s out in the world.
If feels like everything arrives on your phone whether you want it to or not. So we wanted to make something you sought out on your own. For years it wasn’t far-fetched to start a magazine or newspaper (the CIA might even have offered financial encouragement). That’s no longer the case. Something’s missing in the endless media hum: a slower pace. The Print Edition celebrates an escape from the algorithm.
What will you find inside? Things we’re interested in ourselves. Travel, style, sports and the details that make those things better. We check in on New York diners, Scottish fishing huts and Maine islands. We talk to car journalists and go motorcycling through the desert.
You’ll hear from some of our favorite writers who were kind enough to participate for a bare-bones operation. In the spirit of generosity we appreciate the support from our friends at Sunspel and Crockett & Jones who helped underwrite this operation. We’re thrilled with John Segal’s design.
We’re for the spirit of going your own way and breaking out of the selfie cycle and the hot list mentality. We hope you’ll agree that a reversion to the analog pace is a good thing.
See you at the far end of the bar,
David & Michael
The Print Edition is available at Air Mail and at the US stores of our advertisers: J. Mueser, Sunspel, Junior’s, Rivay, Crockett & Jones and Tom Beckbe.

Congrats! Launching with a FeedMe interview is a flex
