Those Blue Ridge chairs are legit. Filson sold them a few years ago and I bought one for myself. Then I got one for my wife. Then I got one for my daughter. They’re incredibly comfortable and receive compliments from admirers everywhere we take them.
Agree. Good list. I have been a little worried about the McKellar magazine/podcast. I discovered it during the pandemic and loved it, but I haven't seen any fresh content from them in what feels like more than a year.
Side note - The Fliers Club membership looks interesting. I’m curious if you’re a member and what is it all about? Looks like you have to do an interview to join?
I am a member and please feel free to use me as a reference. The club gets you access to all of their private events here and overseas. It also gets you a GHIN number and access to the Slack channel with all of the other members. It's a great community and the events are fun, plus they are often at great private clubs. Yeah, I ran into the founder a few weeks ago and he's been bogged down on some other work. Hopefully it picks back up going forward.
