One of my favorite episodes to date; especially because it just appeared without warning or fanfare. I think that’s something I really like about Central Division. In a world where everything seems scripted and scheduled to the point where there are no surprises or mystery, these random episodes spark that feeling of excitement that used to be more commonplace.
This was so perfect to add to the hype of the Masters this week. Such interesting stories. I am not a golfer or a golf watcher. Grew up blue collar and golf always seemed a rich kid sport with uppity-stuck-up people. But you and your coverage of golf, including you and David’s love of the Masters and your firm stance against gate-keeping in golf, gave me a new perspective and interesting. Your perspective has gotten me invested in following the Masters and considering even starting to play some golf.
I'm glad to hear you enjoy this type of story and think there's no reason to stay away from golf if you are interested. There are many sides to the game and you can easily find the way you enjoy it most. Don't let other people prevent you from doing something you enjoy!
